- Fingerprint (CHRC) Registration
- Click on Digital Fingerprinting, Schedule a New Appointment, Department of Education in the drop down menu and complete the registration process.
- Print a copy of your registration.
- Cost is $55
- Fingerprint (CHRC) Application
- Complete and bring application and copy of fingerprinting registration to your appointment at central office.
